2. Services Provided

The Company offers a range of construction and roofing services as detailed on our website and in specific service agreements. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Quotations and Estimates

Validity: Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.Scope: Estimates are based on the information provided by the Client. Any changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to pricing and timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Access: Provide the Company with necessary access to the property and facilities to perform the Services.Permits: Obtain all required permits and approvals unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Information: Supply accurate and complete information regarding the project.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices: Issued upon completion of milestones or as specified in the Agreement.Due Date: Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.Late Payments: Subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Changes and Modifications

Change Orders: Any alterations to the project scope must be documented in a written change order, detailing the modifications and any impact on cost and schedule.Approval: Both parties must agree to change orders in writing before implementation.

7. Project Timeline

Schedule: The Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.Delays: Not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, unforeseen site conditions, or delays in material supply.

8. Warranties

Workmanship: We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.Materials: Warranties on materials are limited to those provided by the manufacturers.Claims: Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within one year of project completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

By Client: The Client may terminate the Agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Client is responsible for payment for all Services rendered up to the termination date.By Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement for cause, including non-payment or breach of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before any legal action is taken.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
